Shipping policy

All orders have a 1-5 business day processing time. Orders are shipped via UPS only! Typical delivery times may be shown at checkout but not guaranteed. Due to holidays, weather, closures, or any unforeseen circumstances, delivery times can take longer.

Shipping days are Monday-Friday. No orders will be shipped Saturday- Sunday. I do not work on weekends or what is considered a Holiday. Orders will still be packaged and processed but not shipped until the following Monday. If I take vacation, those dates will be posted on social media and an email will be sent to notify you when shipping is set to resume.

Customers are provided a tracking number with each order. Cincere Vibez LLC will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages! Once UPS has taken your package into their possession, Cincere Vibez LLC can't and will not be held liable!! If your package says delivered then the issue is with UPS. If your package is showing undelivered and it has been received by UPS, please call UPS to find the package. UPS offers insurance on lost or stolen packages and proof must be submitted once they are contacted for an investigation.
